Shipping Information
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to the United Kingdom and Europe. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the UK and Europe at this time.

Note: Next Day Delivery applies to orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched the following working day.
UK Mainland Shipping Carriers
Orders within the UK Mainland are shipped using trusted carriers, including:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where applicable.
Ireland, Northern Ireland & Europe
Orders destined for Ireland, Northern Ireland, and other European countries may be fulfilled through Amazon Fulfilment (Amazon FBA) logistics partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Locations We Do Not Ship To
At present, we do not ship to any regions outside of the UK and Europe.
Returns & Product Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Nubicare.
30-Day Product Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product value.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, visit our Contact Us page and send us your order details. Wait for an email from our customer care team confirming your eligibility and giving you the correct return address. Do not send anything until you receive these instructions. This will help us process your return efficiently.
If a product is returned without prior notification, we may be unable to process it. When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Preparing Your Return
Pack your item(s) securely for return. Place them in protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Include the invoice or packing slip. If these are no longer available, please include a note with:
- Your order number
- Your name
Return Shipping
When sending your returned item, ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the shipping carrier. Keep this receipt until your refund is processed.
Please keep your proof of postage, as it is required for us to process a refund or replacement if the item is lost in transit. Returns are eligible for a refund or replacement only if you provide this proof.
Please note:
- Return labels are not included with orders.
- Once you contact customer care, we will provide the correct returns address.
Promotional Free Gifts
If your order included a free promotional product and you wish to return the entire order, the free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be accepted for return:
- Empty bottles or tubes
- Returns after the 30-day guarantee period
- Orders purchased through resellers or third-party sellers.
If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Order Cancellation
Your right to cancel an order placed through this website is governed by Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and any applicable national implementation of this legislation.

Orders that have already been dispatched may need to be returned according to our Returns Policy above.
