Co-Founder & Skincare Specialist
Rashmi brings a wealth of practical skincare knowledge and hands-on experience to the table, forming the foundation of Nubicare, where she is sharing her expertise and help others achieve their skincare goals. As a certified facial beautician and skincare practitioner, she runs her own facial beauty clinic where she works closely with clients dealing with a variety of skin concerns from blemishes and uneven tone to sensitivity and ageing skin. Her everyday work with actual people who have real skin issues is really important in forming the ideas behind Nubicare’s products.
Her experience helps ensure that every product idea begins with a simple question: “Will this genuinely help improve common skin concerns?”
Brand & Consumer Insight Lead
Shreya represents the perspective of the younger generation, helping Nubicare stay closely connected to how modern consumers discover, evaluate, and choose skincare products. As she nears the end of her Psychology degree at university, she’s gained a deep insight into what drives people to develop habits, make choices, and put their faith in the products they use every day. This unique perspective is a huge asset to the brand, helping them get inside the minds of younger skincare enthusiasts and really understand what makes them tick – what motivates them, what worries them, and what they’re looking for in a product.
She also knows that a lot of young women struggle with skin problems like blemishes, sensitivity, and uneven skin tone. Using this knowledge, she helps shape the products that Nubicare offers, making sure they meet the needs of their customers.

Biraj is the one who helps the company grow in a way that makes sense. He has a lot of experience with technology and how businesses run, which is really important for turning the ideas behind Nubicare into great products that people will love.
Biraj is in charge of making sure new products are developed correctly, which involves working closely with the companies that make the products to ensure they meet the required standards. He also oversees the supply chain and the day-to-day operations that keep the brand running smoothly, from when the products are made to when they are delivered to the customers. He’s the one who helps turn their vision into something real.
